I was looking into getting a few standard birds and fell in love with the blue color on these birds. I talked Mom into ordering a set of chicks from Meyer Hatchery. They are a hardy bunch that should lay a nice dark egg this fall. I can't wait to see a variety of eggs in the coop this fall.
